Leadership team:
Babek Ismayil: Founder and Director
Babek has over 20 years of investment experience. Prior to starting OneDome Capital, Babek was Senior Vice-President in a credit derivatives, high yield, and distressed debt trading at JPMorgan. During his 10-year career at JP Morgan, Babek managed one of the largest investment books in high yield and distressed debt in the World, generating significant return for the bank. He was actively involved in investing, restructuring of distressed companies in Consumer & Retail and Real Estate sectors in Europe. Prior to JP Morgan, Babek had worked at Ixis Corporate and Investment Bank and Credit Agricole Asset Management in Paris.
Babek has been an angel investor in number of technology start-ups for over 10 years (including 2 firms who later became Unicorns).
Babek has a MSc and BSc in Banking and Financial Engineering from Paris Dauphine University – PSL and a finance degree from London School of Economics.
Consultancy Team:
Duncan Craze
Head of Financial Advice – Chartered ALFBF. With over 12 years of experience, Duncan is on his working towards obtaining a Chartered Financial Planner status via the CII.
David Rankine
Senior Financial Planner. David has been advising clients for 20 years, focusing on personal financial goals, retirement, and investment planning.
Ben Evans
Financial Planner. Ben transitioned from the Paraplanning team achieving his Diploma for Financial Advisers and now works closely with clients on wealth and retirement planning.
Support Team:
Helen Mcguiness
Head of Sales Support. With extensive knowledge since 1996, Helen manages the paraplanning and administration teams.
Anna Baker
Client Services Manager. Anna strives to provide the best experience for clients, having joined Contractor Wealth in 2017.
